The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. However, the entry code did not recognize my code after 10 am. I tried contacting the local contact by text and then phone with no response. Called another number and was told the code went offline and given a temporary number to get in. Had an excursion to get to and since I had no confidence that the code would work again we decided to take our belongings with us at 12 when we left. The only text I received from the local contact
was asking if we got in and telling me the code went offline and she was waiting until after we left to reset it. My response was that she should have informed me if she saw it go offline, not wait for me to contact her. Not sure what good resetting it after we left would have done, since I needed the code to access the condo until the time I had paid for. I get the feeling that they actually forgot about my late check out and the code automatically stopped working at 10 am since the lady at the security desk told me she showed my checkout as 10 am still.
