Good price handy to Heathrow with lots of shops around. Quiet room and my designated shower/toilet was always available.

If you are looking for a cheap night stay, it’s ok.

2/10 Mala

The first single room had a very old, smelly mattras. Bathroom smelly too. I got another single room. It was worse, since it had bed bugs. I complained again and was moved to a double room, again with bed bugs. The staff are friendly though ; ) Avoid at all times!

The rooms are shoebox small, but it's expected given the price, great value.

The hotel is okay, staff is good but definitely not worth the price. The carpets are torn, the wallpaper is peeling off the walls, and the bathroom is not in good condition. Also, the room you book is often not the room you get. Very disappointing.

I wanted something fairly priced that was close to the airport, wembley stadium and all the tourists attractions, so for me this place was perfect.

Abhishek, the Manager gave us a five star service. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL in everything. Will definitely recommend to stay in this centrally located hotel. Thanks Abhishek for all your help. It is very much appreciated. It was a pleasant stay indeed. However the carpet needs to be changed. It was pretty much worn out. The bathroom was clean and the 2nd floor room is highly recommended.

Great rooms and staff in the heart of The Broadway

Clean bed and bathroom but all facilities are very much worn - you better bring house shoes, don't want to walk on the floor without. Ok for a quick stay but not worth more than 35 GBP/night.

Room is clean staff is good boys nearby shops but location is not good not clean too much smokers over there

This place isn't for everybody, but I love it. It's just enough for me as a solo traveler and I enjoy the neighborhood. The staff has always been very helpful and accomodating, the rooms cleaned daily. No problems once you get the lay of the land, but cant recommend for the unadventurous or those with rarefied expectations. The price is right and it works for people that appreciate an experience at a good price.
