10 out of 10 ExceptionalI highly recommend Hotel Manala. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. The bungalow I stayed in had a quality that made it feel like a home away from home. I will definitely be back.

8 out of 10 Very goodThis is what I would consider an old school typical Costa Rican hotel. Growing up here me and my family went to a lot of hotels like this. Very peaceful and quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast brought to your room every morning. Conveniently located to food and beach. Enjoy our stay a lot. Nothing luxury but a great place all around. Would definitely recommend it. The rooms are very private

10 out of 10 ExceptionalWe stayed in the apartment style cabana. We both loved the accommodations! Very spacious, staff was hospitable and knowledgeable. We had monkeys in the morning playing in the trees. This was walking distance to the beach. Fantastic food next door and throughout!
