Never again! Not worth it!
Will never stay here again! It’s suppose to be a 4 star hotel and you will pay that! This hotel I would never pay more than $100 for! The only reason we even stayed in the city or at this hotel was because of the swimming pool. When we got there the swimming pool was apparently broke no one knew why or when it would be working again and when we asked about it customer service was very rude. When we checked in front desk was extremely mean and rushed me, they also never asked to see my ID to even make sure it was me checking in which didn’t make me feel very safe since basically anyone could have went down and got a key for my room etc. The room we got was a king 2 room suite. The sofa pull out bed was so hard the kids slept on the cushion of the couch instead, the king bed had an orange stain on the sheets and the pillows were so worn out! Extremely disappointed in this location

Our favorite hotel in Pgh.
We were in Pittsburgh for a weekend, seeing friends and going to museums. Embassy suites is our favorite place to stay. Rooms are spacious and well appointed and staff are helpful and friendly.

Excellent Experience
Very pleased with our entire experience at Embassy Suites. We had a clean, spacious and comfortable room. Evening reception was a nice perk and breakfast in the morning was really good. All of the staff we came in contact with were professional and friendly. We look forward to staying again!!
