We only had a day to explore Nelson, but we did a lot. We visited a great cafe for breakfast, went to the beach and had an excellent lunch at a winery close to Nelson.

Not much to see around city centre but lots of parks to walk around. Best to have a car and go outside town for sightseeing.

Nice town, very chill. Bums on walkway by the river with personal speaker was annoying. Would not visit again, seen it once, no need to go back.
