"Lovely stay with my family. Great location. Bullring is a 10 minute walk away.
Service during breakfast was amazing. The lady overseeing the service was amazing with my children. Thank you.
"
"Didn’t eat at the hotel, nice to have a mix of teas. Mini fridge was a great touch. WiFi worked well but the tv was lacking but a fantastic size. Bathrooms were clean but not a fan of the separate rooms for toilet and shower. Bed super comfy and spacious but did find some kids clothes and underwear in the sofa. Room was quite warm and windows didn’t open far but reception was able to give a fan so very helpful. "
"The cheeseburger was amazing. Only complaint I have is that children are not allowed in pool on weekends and the pool closes at 5pm on Sundays.
The bellman was great and provided exceptional service. He promptly provided a wheel chair and ramp so my wife could enter and leave the property."
"Really good value for money. Clean and comfortable rooms. Basic facilities, but we had everything we needed.
Staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. The food options were good quality and well presented.
Although it was a pub on a Saturday night, there were no issues with noise. I would definitely stay here again. "
"Highly recommend, good area for all sorts of activities varying from families to couples to nights out. Lovely rooms and can’t fault service and breakfast has a fantastic range of choice. "
"Comfy bedroom, everything in good working conditions. All necessary things from USB ports to TV where I could connect my Firestick. Nice bathroom, awesome shower."
"Friendly greeting upon arrival, staff were very helpful.
The room was bigger than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise, we really liked how the bedroom was separate from the living area.
We wish there more hooks to hang coats, clothes etc and the bathroom was a little smaller than where we have stayed before as one of us has slight mobility issues so moving around the bathroom was tricky but not difficult. We will defintley be staying again, perhaps try the next size up. "
"What a find. On driving up to the lroperty, we were taken back with the beauty. We were apprehensive asnon a univereity site but to need to be at all.
Check in easy and free parking.
Walked through busy bar (2 weddings on) but no issues at all. A little noise heard from room until music finished but was grand.
Our dog also had a super time
"
"Excellent receptionist, who pointed out that if I joined the Hilton Honors program I could extend my checkout from midday to 2pm. Absolute ‘no-brainer’ and why wouldn’t I?"
"The second time we’ve stayed here and quite a few of the same staff were working, offering in the great service. Super friendly and helpful. really comfortable hotel in a fantastic location near the canal.
We’ll be back
Managed to find free parking up the hill first left )"
