10 out of 10 ExceptionalMy husband and I loved this hotel in Old Town Kotor. We were close to many historic sites and some wonderful restaurants. The breakfast was very good- more than enough food. The Staff was always friendly and helpful. Our hike up to St. John’s fortress was not easy, but outstanding views when you reached the top. Kotor is an amazing place to visit.

10 out of 10 ExceptionalHotel Astoria Kotor is a beautiful property in one of the amazing squares of Kotor, an old palace facing an old palace - we had a view up the mountains to the old church. Very comfortable room, amazing staff and huge breakfast included. Only downside of Kotor (not the Astoria) is the parking - its nuts.

6 out of 10 GoodI think this hotel needs to get deep cleaned and up its game. The rooms were dark and half the lightbulbs were burned out. The rooms in the hotel are above its restaurant, but the breakfast was poor. Kotor is a beautiful city, best visited in the early morning before the cruise ships arrive. Once a ship comes, Kotor is unpleasant and loses all its charm. Overall prices here are very high relative to Montenegro and the mediocre quality of things.
