The apartment is modern, new, and located in a safe, gated community with secure automatic locks. Although it’s on the first floor, there are only a few steps to access it, and there’s also an elevator in the building.
The living room is very spacious, and the couch conveniently converts into a double bed. The king-size bed and linnen are extremely comfortable, and the built-in thermostat allows you to easily control the indoor temperature. The shower has great water pressure and stays hot.
The only minor drawbacks were the absence of a clothes dryer—though that's quite common in Italy, and a large drying rack is provided for hang-drying laundry—as well as some mosquitoes in the area and the lack of a toilet paper holder in the bathroom.
The location is also a highlight—it's just an 18-minute walk to Brunelleschi’s Dome, making it easy to explore Florence’s historic center on foot.
Overall, it was a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay. I would stay again and recommend you stay here fore sure!
