This stylish and elegant hotel was a pleasure to stay in. There was an easy to manage self-checkin. The bed was very comfortable and the sitting room had a wonderful chaise longue for relaxing after a hectic day. There is even a little balcony with two chairs. It’s a wonderful spot!

Very pleasantly surprised by our stay. The apartment is close to old town and very well appointed. Very clean and comfy. Would stay again

8/10 Very good

Excellent property in a great location, just a short walk from the city centre, restaurants and attractions. Self check-in was easy, but owner support was lacking when assistance was needed.

This is a smart frictionless hotel where everything is handled on your phone (check-in, access etc.) which perfectly fits my travel style. It was very clean and I am super picky

This property was superb. Big room and serviced daily. Great location near old town. Was a bit concerned about check-in as only received the door code on the day, but needent have worried and all went smoothly. Good WiFi and highly recommended

This place is truly exceptional. The room we had was spacious, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with a huge bed. The location is unbeatable, everything was perfect. We would have stayed longer if we could. An amazing city. It's also worth checking out Eggcetera a few minutes walk away for breakfast.

This place was amazing. The room had everything it needed, was spacious, clean and very tastefully decorated. First time in 2 weeks on vacation that I got to properly wash and dry my hair and it didn’t look frizzy. I used their shampoo and conditioner and they even had a diffuser for the hairdryer in the bathroom. I did bring my own but because of the voltage difference my hairdryer doesn’t dry properly even with a plug converter. The location is perfect walking distance to everything. The property has no parking, but parking is available at about 3 min walk (very very expensive parking). There is an elevator, however you still need to bring up your luggage on 2 sets of stairs before you get to the elevator. So if you have mobility issues and can’t bring up your luggage the 2 sets of stairs then that would be an issue. The only downside is the wifi was bad. I had to use my phone plan (not a problem for me, but it was for my son…). It’s a smart hotel, so nobody at the reception, but there is cleaning daily.

Perfect accomodation for a city stay. Very clean and comfortable, plenty of space for 2 adults and one child. Owner very helpful and always available. Coffee machine was great.Close to shops and pubs.storing facilities for luggage. Highly recommended

The cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We weren’t sent the room entry codes ahead of time but a quick call to the manager fixed that and he sent them right away. The location is perfect - within walking distance to a lot of main attractions. The only downside is there is no dedicated parking and areas around the hotel are hard to find.

This is a smart hotel - no keys, no visible staff. Nevertheless everything worked smoothly, the hotel is spotlessly clean and we had useful support (looking after or luggage after we checked out) all efficiently worked out via an app and Whatsapp

Beautiful apartment in old town Cluj

Wonderful apartment with two spacious and well designed bedrooms as well as two baths. Nice living room and very close to old town Cluj, all walkable. Just parking is a bit away, in a public parking garage.

Our apartment was very comfortable and was cleaned perfectly every day. There was a good coffee machine, so we didn't have to miss out on our morning coffee. Only the city view from the large terrace wasn't quite as nice. But that wasn't a problem at all. We felt safe and very comfortable.
