Loved the family room and the location! Service at the bar could have been better, especially given the prices they charge. But we found overall our stay to be good value, and a great spot from which to explore Namba and surrounds.

8/10 Very good

Great location, lots of restaurants and short walk( under 10 min) to namba station. Hotel fridge full of items they are selling but have enough space if you bring your own drinks. Kura sushi and great ramen spot open until midnight right outside the 2nd floor.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a corner room on the 27th floor with access to Club Lounge. The room is spacious with many windows and the view is breathtaking. The cocktail service in early evening and breakfast at the Lounge were varied and delicious. This hotel is well located and we highly recommend this venue. The staff is exceptional.
