The staff was amazing and accomodating. The breakfast was also amazing. However, we had many problems with the room beginning with a door that would not lock and then a broken toilet. We had to move between 2 rooms which was not ideal but i believe this new hotel will work out these problems going forward.

This is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast. We had an unforgettable stay at the Regency House in Belfast. The Mayor’s Suite was absolutely incredible—spacious, elegant, and full of character.
