The most wonderful little apartment, with luxury appliances and the best bed ever! Rooftop pool, lounge area in the middle of bustling Funchal, seemed like Shangrila, a little bubble of peacefulness and amazing views. Amazing. Just. Loved. To. Stay. Here. Located in the heart of Funchal, but yet extremely quiet in the heights of 5th floor. Classy rooms with thoughtful details; fresh croissants delievered on the door each morning and local products in the rooms. Access to wonderful roof terrasse with pool and all the different sun beds and chair we could imagine, which we had for ourselves most of the time. We were allowed early access to our rooms and access to the roof terrasse after check out - extremely convenient when arriving early and leaving the Island late in the afternoon. Access to gym and parking - for free! Nice restaurant and delicious dinner and brunch. Both we and our two teenage girls just loved to stay here and will definitely go back here if going back to Madeira. Can trylt recommend.

Location Location Location, right at the heart of Funchal, by the market, old town, shopping, harbour and transport links, perfect. Great communication with the staff through what's app, helped print boarding passes and booked taxi's and restaurant with them. Swimming pool and bar on the roof with amazing views and great live music. Restaurant was fantastic, recommend the Bao buns and the steal to share, Apartment had everything we needed plus plenty of space and extremely clean. Lastly they gave me a bottle of fizz for my birthday, Highly recommended and I can see us staying here again when we return to the amazing island of Madeira.

We had a great stay at Three House Hotel. The staff was very welcoming, the room was a perfect size for us and the location was great. Note that if you drive to the hotel do not take the 'fastest route' through the neighborhood as this will take you on very narrow roads with tight turns. Use the main road which the hotel is on.

Picked this hotel because of the central location and car parking. Only needed one night, but WOW. Beautifully presented with amazing rooftop pool and bar. Staff all helpful and knowledgeable. Didn't try the restaurant as it was closed on the night we were there. Car park tricky, but ok with a small car.

The hotel is modern with all amenities, including a state of the art gym and rooftop bar and pool complex. It is well located just off the old town and opposite a large supermarket. Our one bedroom apartment was fully stocked with high quality equipment for self catering. There is a washer dryer for guest use FOC and they even provide washing and dishwashing tabs. The stand out for us was the staff and the little touches that made all the difference. Sid greeted us initially and then Marguerite on reception has been super helpful recommending a Jeep excursion which we really enjoyed. The room staff were efficient and provided everything we could have required during our stay even down to fresh croissant pastries every morning hanging from the door handle and some lovely local chocolates delivered personally on our last night. I recommend this hotel very highly, it is excellent!

A welcoming and helpful greeting at the reception. Rooftop sunbathing and pool was a lovely area to chill. The rooms were spacious and modern. Very close to all of the amenities in Funchal, including buses which run straight past the door. Large gym with plenty of equipment. The hotel is right in the heart of Funchal and so traffic noise and building work could be heard at times, but nothing to interfere with sleeping. Would recommend the hotel.
