We were met with tons of hospitality! We had booked through Hotels.com and there was some sort of system issue where our reservation never made it to the Hotel itself. Nevertheless, the concierge was most helpful in navigating the situation and found us an alternative. Luckily, they still had some availabilities. The hotel was otherwise clean, very pleasant to the eye and the rooms clean and comfortable. The Hotel was also within the walkable old town which, while absolutely charming, created some difficulty for drivers picking and dropping us. That being said, that should not deter you from booking a stay at Blue Fox!

The hotel is situated in the central of old town which is a great location. The staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing is that the sewage system in the old town is probably old and so some smell comes up from the sewage pipes.

We really like our room 302 with an amazing view. Everything was clean and very tightie. We didn't have any issues with check in or noises even tho the hotel is located next to restaurants. AC worked perfectly all 4 days we stayed here. And room service was every other day. The staff as we friendly and informative. I have nothing negative to say.

Otel genel anlamda temiz ve iyiydi. Fakat ilk gün akşam yemek yedik. Gürcülerin yerel mantısını denemek istedik ve içindeki et ve suyu kokuyordu. Belki bizim için kokuyor olabilir. Ama daha sonra başka bir yerde yediğimizde sorun yoktu. Mezeleri. Çok lezzetli değildi. Onun dışında patates kızartması ve diğer yemeklerden de biraz yedik. Konaklamada sorun yaşamadık. Yedi yirmi dört açık resepsiyon olduğu için girişte ve çıkışta da sorun yaşamadık.
