10/10 Exceptional

Everything about this place was great , staff was wonderful

4/10 Fair

I booked this hotel because it looked like it was nice, however that was not the case. The towels and sheets were worn and stained and had a funky smell, and the place was not clean. There was literally poop on the floor around the toilet. The loungers by the pool look pretty in the picture, but they are so worn out, ripped and strained that they are unusable. This hotel needs a serious makeover. The staff were kind and helpful. Honestly, they were the best part of my stay there

8/10 Very good

Was a very nice place to stay for relaxation. Unfortunately is quite far away from everything so is inconvenient if you are wanting to get out in the evenings

6/10 Good

The hotel itself is lovely but is not in a good location - it is a long drive to the centre of Ubud and the traffic is bad!
