This was a really nice hotel. I stayed in the chalets behind the main building. A nice tropical setting and very quiet and peaceful. Very clean with a very friendly staff. Super clean pools. A great breakfast buffet. Really good restaurants onsite. Close to the beaches and golf course. I will definitely be staying again each time I come to Takoradi for work.

The pool was excellent and clean during my stay. Watched the soccer (FIFA) at the lounge. Staff were amazing. Buffet breakfast had variety of food including Ghanaian dishes. Small glitch during my check in but was fixed in time. Will definitely come back

I booked a ocean front suite and was placed in the corner of the property near the bushes. I told the receptionist that I booked an ocean front and this room is not satisfactory. She told me there is nothing she can do. It was my first time in Ghana and I went to this hotel because of a friend's suggestion. I paid for ocean front but was not granted what I paid for. Needless to say, I wad an unhappy customer.

The price we paid for the room wasn’t the same room we got..I will say I was duped..I spent almost 4 hours going front and back with the workers.Front desk reception to us was bad..in all my stay was poor.Wont recommend .

There were three main problems. 1. They didn’t have our reservation when we got there and we had to wait 45 minutes for them to sort it out. When we finally got the two rooms we had booked they were not ocean view but in the basement as they said the others were full. 2. The basement floor where our rooms were had open access to the pool area which was not secured with a key card lock. Anyone could walk in. And some did. 3. There were at least a dozen or so teenaged boys - not guests of the hotel- that were roaming around. Some of them were wandering inside the hotel hallway on the basement floor. Others were taking pictures of me and showing it to each other. Not safe. The hotel security was aware that they (in his words) “had no good intentions” but this made my stay extremely unrelaxing to say the least. This leaves out problems like no towels in the room, a kitchenette sink tap which had no water, and a cabinet door that was falling off its hinges. Not a four star hotel.
