Great location and nice room. A bit noisy from live music but can't be helped. Staff were helpful. A little difficult to find the place when putting it in the GPS.

We stayed in room 9 for a couple of nights and was more than happy with our room and the balcony was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the gringo in the beer garden serving drinks was really welcoming and a good laugh. Location was excellent with a payable carpark in close proximity.

Stayed for 2 nights, room.was decorated beautifully & had everything you needed, although it would have been nice to possibly have a fridge in the room, but that wasn't much of an issue for us, the staff are fantastic, very welcoming & helpful nothing was too much trouble, food gorgeous drinks great especially the cocktail bar in the beer garden at the back of the property, the location is excellent has everything you need & more right in the door step with a lovely walk not too far to the beach, we only checked out this morning & already looking to book again.

Amazing staff. Kind helpful professional and efficient. We stayed during a heatwave and no AC but otherwise the place was great and will stay again and can recommend. Stayed for 3 nights but extended to 4 as it was a comfortable room and felt taken care of by all the staff. Great family vacation thank you

Room was lovely and clean everything there you need as in shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer you can request an iron too Parking in Tenby is not great generally so we choose to take the train from Cardiff A great bonus would be a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cool The one problem we had was the noise of the doors banging up until roughly 11pm I can only guess it was from people who were dining there using the toilets which were situated upstairs I’m not a picky person but it was quite loud and a tad annoying maybe some slow closing hinges would help Other than that it was lovely and will definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment we arrived the manager? Was really friendly and helpful & made us feel really welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed including tea & coffee facilities. We had a room over looking the garden seating area. Breakfast was fantastic, great location for all amenities & will definitely be back again.
