4/10 Fair

Staff was exceptional. No central heating or cooling except for old electric heaters in disrepair. The electricity was off most of the night and hence no heaters. The entire property was poorly maintained. Wires hanging? Switch covers missing. Sugar in the room was in a bowl with no covering. Breakfast was very disappointing. We got there at 7:35am and most of the serving dishes were empty. Tea cups were washed but not thoroughly clean. The owners need to put some serious money into bringing this hotel up to acceptable standards. I would stay away if possible.
