Because of the price I was expecting this property to be old and out dated but the room had been newly renovated and was clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. The location was really great, near all amenities! I was pleasantly surprised! Just be prepared they do the checkin old school where you fill out forms lol

Great place for an extended stay. My only issue was water temperature. At best, two lukewarm showers across a one week stay. Spoke to staff, and told it was a bit hit and miss. Other than that, I'd stay again. Great connectivity to freeways. Great food options within walking distance and at Woodstock (short drive).

Way more and better than I expected. Full sized fridge and two burner stove in the room with a full sized over the range microwave. Extremely clean, quiet, and comfy bed. Full laundry facility on site. Super surprised for the price. It highly exceeded my expectations. Bonus is the bowling alley next door. The only thing I would recommend is bringing extra pillows if you want more than one each.

Took a super long time to check in. No refunds plastered in the wall- should’ve been a warning sign. Against my better judgement I signed the paperwork. Checked into the room and it smelled like a casino ashtray. Bed was 40 year old futon quality. Long floors with stairs that are a long walk away. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Staff disorganized. This location is only good if your are in the area working for extended periods are you are just in the room to sleep and bathe. Spend a little extra money for best quality room.

This was an inexpensive room and as such lacked some of the things I’m used to in more expensive rooms. Given the low cost, it’s hard to complain about the lack of the continental breakfast or lack of a pool or lack of coffee in the room or in the lobby. I do expect amenities such as shampoo and soap for the shower which were lacking and I’m used to seeing a couple of hangers available in the room. When we asked for hangers, we were told we could go to the store and buy some. The two most troublesome items, though were a randomly reoccurring fire alarm that fortunately did not happen while we were asleep, but it happened all hours of the daytime and a room door that would not latch shut without being slammed and a deadbolt that could not be engaged. I’m also not used to the staff coming and knocking on the door and reminding us to be out by 11. All in all it represented reasonable value for the money, though I would expect the fire alarm to function as intended (it was going off so much everyone ignored it)) and I would expect to be able to lock my door.

This is the worst hotel. After a 13 Hour drive. I show up to this hotel and they would not check us in because they closed the front desk at I don’t know what time but earlier than 1 AM and they don’t open till 8 AM so they expected us to sleep in the parking lot in our car. NEVER !!!!! Then didn’t give us our money back. The worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed!!

The tv channels didn't work, and there was a water leak. Each time there was a problem the manager barge in my room using her master key(unacceptable)!!!
