4/10 Regular

The location of this hotel was perfect. The fact that their room cleaning policy is still based on Covid protocol was surprising. We went for 3 days before we realized you need to go to the desk before noon and request to have your room cleaned. The room itself was nice.

Meget centralt placeret hotel i hyggelige St. Alban. Værelserne var meget fine og rene. Effektiv aircondition.

A micro wave in the room and mini fridge would have been perfect. Otherwise great stay.

We were so pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The location is central to the town, the room was nice, and it was air conditioned….which was fabulous because we were there during a heat wave.

Location ideal to Main Street No on-site parking which is stated but a voucher for parking would be ideal or offer a better rate A good stop over for 1night

There is a reason why this hotel is rated higher than some four-star hotels. They know service and live it everyday. Their service is so over the top that I said thank you more time in two days than I have any other time in my life. They are a strong amazing team. I highly recommend this hotel!!

The staff was excellent and the room very comfortable. We wish there could have been a fridge but it sounds like that wasn't something available

Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Close to the train station.

6/10 Buena

I accidentally booked a room with a wheelchair-accessible bathroom for one night. The shower curtain was stained, and the showerhead had very weak water pressure. The room had a strange odor, as if it hadn't been used in a long time. The air conditioner was very noisy with noticeable pipe sounds. Also, the bathroom wasn't restocked with toilet paper, so I had to ask the staff for some.

8/10 Muy buena

Comfortable, good sized (for Europe) room, excellent location in city center. Only thing we weren’t happy with was our check in experience, but that was a system design issue, not the on-site staff’s fault. They should ditch their self check-in kiosks, which weren’t able to work for any guests when we arrived, and just put a proper registration desk back in and staff it full time. They’re clearly trying to save on labor costs, but it started off the otherwise pleasant stay on a negative.

Let’s see

Under renovation so not fond of exposed wires, etc.

The rooms have been refurbished but now there in not a sofa to sit on, no desk, a round table and only one chair and no drawers at all. A backward step in my opinion. My key card stopped working three times during a 5 day stay. Be aware the night club opposite is open Fridays and Saturdays and the blooming noise doesn't stop until 3am.
