Camera silenziosa e confortevole. Personale gentile. Colazione varia e abbondante nella scelta. L'albergo è alle porte di Londonderry, in un quartiere residenziale a pochi chilometri dal centro della città. Da consigliare

4/10 Regular

The staff on reception didn’t welcome us and declared we didn’t have a reservation. After I produced a paper copy of it, he looked at it, paused and gave us a key. No word of apology or welcome. There was a large spider in the room. The breakfast staff was friendly though.

A great place to stay. Reception staff were very helpful and nothing was a problem. Meal in the restaurant was average, but it was OK.

As we were three gents travelling together, this contradicted Premiers policy of only two adults, presumably of the opposite sex travelling together. As we were three…myself, my husband and my brother this went against Premiers family policy. Never mind that we too are a family. However the staff at this inn eventually relented in contradiction of Premiers policy and we were permitted to occupy the room. The room was fine, however all, and I mean ALL of the windows in the hotel were dirty and had not seen a clean in ages. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn’t working leading to excessive steam, condensation and other odour buildup.

We had a one night stay in the midst of a bad weather event. We were greatful to arrive to an easy check-in, parking accessible. Room large and comfortable. Staff pleasant and helpful. Decor appealing and modern. Would probably stay in more Premier inns on our next trip.

Nice clean facility, room was clean, and the bed was good. To bad the restaurant is temporarially closed. Did find a good place close by Link 47.😁

It was good value for money. The bed was comfortable & the shower was hot, though getting in and out of the tub was a little dicey. We didn't purchase their breakfast, we went across the street to Craig's and got a BAP. The room was fine, though we could've used a little more furniture, we just had to lay our suitcases on the floor. No real complaints, it was quiet and comfortable for a couple of nights for us to look around Derry.

Good if you don’t find anything else in the city and if you have a car

6/10 Buena

Check in was easy. Conor was very helpful throughout the stay and a good source of information and help. We did not try the breakfast. They are transitining form breakfast in the adjacent restaurant to offerring it on site in a room they were renovating, so stay tuned for how that will go !. Room was acceptable in terms of size and comfort, but the WiFi was awful - it kept dropping, could not stream video it was too frustrating because of the drops, and even simple search and e-mail use was not to usual hotel standards. Water in the sink changed from hot to cold quickly for no reason - this is actually dangerous, especially for children I would think. These 2 issues were dealbreakers for us and we would somehow have to have confidence they were resolved before we would stay here again. Location is a bit too far from town to walk but with free easy parking and no problems parking in town if you have a car this is a good place to stay. Close to grocery stores, and Marks and Spencer's if you have a car. Nice residential neighborhood actually with good views of the mountains so pleasant to take a walk around the neighborhood.
