The place was in a great central location, however there was construction going on next door all hours of the day, impossible to relax/sleep. Lots of homeless and drug dealers in front of property making it uneasy to leave at night. Only got one towel for my 4 day stay, no maid service, no food or convenient store to grab snacks/water. Now I understand the price of the unit compared to everywhere else. Wouldn’t stay there again, preferred to pay more next time

I can only assume some of the negative reviews were prior to current renovations??? Our room was modern, clean, stocked, comfortable...I actually could not have asked for much more. Check in was super easy. (Had to get use to front door code..took a couple of attempts) Lobby clean, elevator looked renovated and worked flawlessly. Hallways clean and fresh. Bathroom very modern, clean and well lit. Hot water and water pressure were excellent. If you made me find a few things that I wish were a little different: sofa is not a sleeper sofa, so if guest is not a significant other, not very comfortable; ac unit is a portable one vented out the window, so is a little loud; no tv in bed area. That is only if you are pushing me for a negatibe. This unit exceeded my expectations. 5* Highly recommend

The spot was amazing!! Location was perfect for what I went for, which was to see the dodgers play at PNC Park. There were things that visibly need to be fixed, small holes on one wall, fire alarms falling off the wall(still connected) the sink would clog if the water was on to long . But honestly I had a great experience. The room made me want an apartment like that set up. It was down the street from good food amd the ballpark was a 7 minute walk. The room was very clean. Only think I honestly hated was the loops it takes to make the reservation haha it took forever for me to book. But id definitely stay there again. Also a drunk dude dropped a snapped glass this morning when I was leaving on the first 1 at the elevator. That was interesting. But yes 8.5 - 10. High would recommend

First off, the actual room is rather nice, and accommodating. That being said, everything else about this place is terrible, and if you choose to get a room there, heed these words. The check in process is sketchy and off-putting due to you being required to sign in online as well as use your ID digitally. Getting to the place looks sketchy too, and looks like an almost abandoned building. There is no reception desk so you have to stress over getting into the building as well as your room through a customer service call. You will likely think that this is a scam, but it isnt. You actually get what you paid for, but then there is another factor related to "paid for". You will have fees stacked upon you if you ask to check in early unlike hotels, and such. All in all, this is a very stressful, and out of place experience that most people wouldnt enjoy outside of finally getting to their rooms. It has taught me to check into better know hotels, and businesses instead of just anyone. If you are still up to trying this place out, go ahead, but keep this review in mind. It may help you in the future to navigate everything.

There was no working tv and no one on the premises to help. There was construction out side the building and they started running a jackhammer at 5 am. Drunk football fans keep us up till 3 am partying.

The apartment we rented had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were dirty linens, dirty handprints on doors and light switches, and when we stripped the bed linens prior to checkout there was a blood stain on the pillow. Yuck!

Terrible Experience-DO NOT STAY!

Worst stay experience ever. We are seasoned travelers staying in different locations over 20 times a year. CozySuites-William was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We arrived 30 minutes after our permitted check-in time and the unit wasn’t ready. Not only wasn’t it ready, there was piles of dirty towels and linen all over the floors, so getting to the room was challenging enough. Once we got there we wish we hadn’t. The door was not open, which was good because the lock didn’t work. The unit had a dirty mop on the floor with the bucket, several overflowing trash bags around the unit, left over food on the counter and fridge, dirty bed with old linens and dirty towels remained. Put bluntly, it was absolutely disgusting and obvious they didn’t prepare the unit. We get it, their housekeeping is terrible. We called the number provided which was in Arizona and they tried contacting the people onsite, we sent emails, messages thru the automated system and had their main office reaching out to them. We did not see anyone in the building, we had no one come to our unit, no one called or emailed us for nearly 2 hours. We drove 5 hours and waited by a unit until about 7:00 with our family u til we made other arrangements and left. No contact until almost 11:00 am the next day and it was asking how our check-in was. We were then told that the housekeeping cleaned the unit and we should be fine to stay there. More to the story.. Contact for more...

This was a last minute reservation due to changing travel plans (yay for the nor'easter weather and changing flight plans). The reservation process was smooth, my team member reported he was able to eventually fly in & added about the property, 'Cozysuite was good'. Everything lodging-related worked out for my team member without issue! I was a little confused about the sign-in/check-in details (the msgs from CozySuite in the hotels.com app & website came through as pdfs instead of plain text).

It was just OK. The air conditioner leaked on to the floor, the bathroom light was really loud for some reason. And the people who hang out in front make you feel not safe at all… 5/10 things could have been a little nicer for a downtown hotel!
