Always a great stay at Palms Place. Love love love the balcony and the unit was clean and spacious. The one thing I want to mention is they need better lighting in the bathroom. It's a bit dark for getting ready (makeup etc) Also, my unit was advertised as city view and I got Mountain View. Please match the unit to the description. Other than that, Love this place!

Stayed here 2x now & never been disappointed. The rooms are bigger than what you can find in the strip. We even got a balcony overlooking the strip & I like that we have a quiet place separate from the casino but easily accessed by a dedicated pathway. The ambiance is quite opulent & the buffet & eateries are sufficient

Me and My Wife was happy with our room. The only thing that was wrong was the bathtub jet didn’t work but other than that we had a great view, comfortable bed and overall comfortable room.

We arrived at the hotel hours before check-in were told to come back at 4 o’clock went back at 4 o’clock. Clock was told our room was not ready to come back in 45 minutes came back. Our room was not available for almost 2 hours after check-in. The girls at the desk were not bothered at all by the inconvenience. When I went back the second time I had to re-wait in the very long line a second time. While we were waiting and spoke to other guests that we’re having the same problem as us.. My hairdryer in my room did not work. The check-in process due to being booked by third-party was more than they were able to handle. Won’t be staying again.

Room was clean. No balcony. Didn't go to pool. Staff a few we professional and nice.
This fridge, don't see its purpose. Barely cool and didn't fit much in it.
Ice maker didn't work. This is the 2nd fridge.

The hair dryer on the left came with the room. It didn't work. Ask front desk for a new one. Since this is a privately owned condo, the hotel charged us $32 to rent one.

The bathroom sink was lined with mold, the wallpaper was peeling, the bed’s upholstery was ripped and blistered. The marble floor trim was precariously placed and created a hazard. I have pictures.

I had a very frustrating experience booking through Expedia, and I feel it’s important for others to be aware of how their third-party partnerships can impact your stay. In my case, the property I booked was managed through a third-party provider (Zelloo), which made everything significantly more complicated. The listing looked decent online, but the reality was completely different—the property was outdated and clearly not maintained to any reasonable standard.
