Great location, short walking path to a wonderful beach. Older property with several amenities, all in good condition other than the laundry facilities. Good breakfast selections. Front desk recommended a beach equipment company who delivered, set up and picked up a beach tent, chairs, boards, toys and ice/waters cooler. Excellent rec and totally worth their reasonable fee. Perfect 2-night stay for our travels.

The staff are great. I had an issue with an odor in the room and the property manager had an ionizer placed in the room while we were out. The odor was diminished after that and we were able to enjoy our stay. The young lady at the front desk was very courteous and the young lady that cleaned the room was also very nice. I will be sure to stay again when I return to the area.

Decent location and great staff. Even thought the air conditioner (which was excellent) leaked water onto our balcony, and they didn’t change the sheets daily, it was a good value. Every staff person we met was diligent and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of scrambled eggs, crispy, thin bacon, coffee, and other options for starting the day. The location is just behind the dunes, so a quick trip through the gap and we were watching the sunrise over the Atlantic. My wife enjoyed the pools - indoor and outdoor, too. Our time there was meaningful, and we left well rested for our trip home. 🙂
