Staff was great and helpful, rooms clean, one restaurant and cafe on site, many restaurants are within walking distance, and check-in/out was easy. Only problem was one elevator was not working, which caused a long wait each time we had to go anywhere; a bit frustrating. Overall, a very nice place to stay with family. I will most likely will stay at this hotel again.

Tides is in a great location. The staff seems to try to be helpful when things were needed. The maids did not do much in the room beyond bringing clean towels and wash cloths. No vacuuming or cleaning up other than the bathrooms. While we were there only one elevator was in working order for 9 floors of rooms Pinky’s was an excellent beachfront restaurant the pool was nice
