The property is suitable for a night before a cruise, with a Lyft ride to the port less than 10.00. Otherwise, it's a motel, where somethings have been upgraded and many things not. I wanted to iron some clothes, but the iron was secreted under the nightstand self behind a blanket. As was a motel in it's previous life, there's parking. Choices for food in the immediate walking distance was limited save for Mexican cuisine. A Target store is a short public bus ride away, and the bus stop is a block from the property.

We stayed here the night before our cruise and it was great! Nothing crazy fancy-but the staff were beyond kind and very helpful. Place was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to food and nightlife. Would stay here everytime!

The staff was awesome! Wish the swimming was still functional. Location was great for catching the cruise ship. Chairs in our room weren't built for large people, so they weren't very comfortable. There weren't any amenities. No ice, no breakfast, no pool, etc. There were quite a few restaurants within walking distance.

It was clean, safe, and conveniently located to a grocery store and several restaurants and cafes. It was also only a few minutes drive to the cruise ports. What more do you need when you’re just there for a single night before heading to a cruise terminal? My only real complaint is that the air conditioner was pretty weak and did not keep the room cool in the day/evening. By middle of the night it finally would get the room feeling chilled.

Our one night stay was perfect for our pre-cruise stay. The location is walking distance to the Superior Groceries across the street for your wine, pop and snack needs. We walked a short distance to San Pedro Brewing for dinner and there were many other eating options around. Short walk down to the cruise port and the boardwalk if you need anything to do beforehand. We stayed in Room 201 which was great and large however the room had large windows that let a lot of light in. I would stay in any other room next time as they appeared to have room darkening curtains. Street noise is also a factor so stay in a room that does not back onto the main road. Otherwise this is the perfect place for pre-cruise stays for sure!!!
