Staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast but disappointed with evening meal choice. Lovely room. Hotel easy to find, excellent if you're joining a cruise.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was phenomenal with lots of choices and great food. We stayed only one night before our cruise. The hotel is in a good location, not too far from the cruise port. Ubers are easy fast and easy to obtain if needed.

A super nice quality hotel, close to port if you are cruising. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of variety. Only point to beware of is our room with a bathtub has a big step to get into the tub, so you have to be careful exiting as well. Beds were very spacious and comfortable and room had extra space which was nice. Large lobby and every staff member I spoke with was very friendly. There was shopping for necessities (grocery, pharmacy) close by.

Great location… clean and staff were helpful. The rooms are rather on the smaller size is my nit to pick.

8/10 Very good

The rooms are small and the room decor spartan but the furnishings are quite adequate: there’s a comfy chair and lots of surface area for luggage. Not much of a view but very near the ports and right next to a metro station for easy access to the city centre. A perfectly reasonable place to stay for a fair price. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked pleasant.

6/10 Good

The smallest rom I have ever stayed in, could not have my suitcase open, and still being able to move around in the room - it was called a “standard room” while a better name would be “miniature room” - other than that it is a great hotel, clean, friendly staff and a reasonably good breakfast

I like the fact that the hotel is just a few steps from the ferry to the center and the metro. So convenient but not noisy, not crowded. Hotel is new, well staffed. Room is spacious, clean, and simple. Bed is King sized with clean, soft linen. What is really awsome is the breakfast which covers from coffee, tea, juice to bakery, mixed greens, pastries, bread...you name it! Staff is helpful, courteous, and professional. We certainly will stay here again if we are to go back to Copenhagen

4/10 Fair

Clean and modern property with very good breakfast. The hotel is located 2-3 min walk from metro station and 10 minutes by metro from the centre. The area has nothing interesting around. What I really disliked was the luggage storage service. This hotel uses a self storage system (on charge) where all luggage pieces are placed in a room where everyone can get in by scanning a QR code. As a consequence, everybody has access to your luggage, can open it if not locked, can take it, or can move it. It did not look safe at all!

The property was very clean. The location was perfect for anyone looking for a place close to the cruise port. The subway and water ferry are a short walk away so you can easily get to anything of the attractions you may want to see.
