B&B in Sierra Vista

Beneath the watchful gaze of the Huachuca Mountains, this 'Hummingbird Capital of America' buzzes with both military history and natural wonders. Fort Huachuca's military museums reveal tales from the Apache Wars while still functioning as an active Army base. Bird enthusiasts flock to the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area where over 300 species have been spotted. The limestone formations at Kartchner Caverns State Park seem almost alien in their beauty. Ramsey Canyon Preserve offers trails where hikers might spot rare species between the sycamores. After exploring, the Mall at Sierra Vista provides air-conditioned relief from the Arizona sun. University of Arizona South adds youthful energy to this desert community where mountains frame every sunset.
