"We had a two bedroom suite. However, in the one bedroom with two beds, there was only one lamp for reading. The air conditioning was slow to respond to new request requested temperatures. Other than these two disappointments, the rooms were good. The staff, generally, was very friendly and helpful."

"Great location on the water near the reef"

"There was a very bad smell which the receptionist claims it is from the Neibor and they can’t do anything!!! There is no elevator for 3 story building. There was no paper towel in the room. The regular towel was ripped. There was no room service. "

"A magic place. We stayed in a beachfront apartment. The rooms are spacious, the bed is super comfortable, lovely, simple enterior, it has everything one needs. If you don’t like anonymous 5* resorts, you want to be in a special place at the beach, good food, excellent coffee and very laidback, you’re in the right place. The staff and Donna are fantastic! "

"Service was exceptional ( shout out to Latoya, our breakfast server that treated our group like queens). welcoming , not stuffy. Hotel was gorgeous , beach clean with fun activities for all . Only downside was the Lady Grace catamaran cruise didn't have enough supplies ( food) for the excursion . "
