"At no point were we ever able/allowed to use any of the things like the kayaks or the water bikes like Expedia said we would be able to. Everything is extremely expensive here and also the staff never let us swim in the ocean at any point because there was wood floating in it. Like what?? Also, the resort fee is a bit ridiculous. What resort? It is a hotel with an outdoor pool, seems pretty normal to me. "
"If you are allergic to mold and dust then stay away from this hotel. My daughter and I spent a few sleepless nights due to the horrible HVAC system. We could not breath in the room every time the AC kicked on. "

"Food was excellent. We were not able to swim
On the ocean as the wind is pretty wild on this side of the island. Staff wasn’t overly friendly. Rooms were clean."
