"Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful with finding restaurants and giving directions. The tile in the elevator needs repair and the sidewalk between parking lot and front door had a pot hole that puts guests at risk for injuries from an uneven and sharp walking surface. Our rooms were clean and comfortable ."

"My children had a blast! They didn't want to leave the hotel! We arrived very late due to weather and traffic. I was able to message the hotel directly to let them know our eta. They responded quickly to the message. On arrival they were able to quickly check us in (plus it was during a bad thunderstorm.) Only 2 things that could be worked on- The Wi-Fi would not work after the first night. The 1st night the storm was so bad a lightning bolt must of hit the roof making the walls shake like a truck fell on the building or tornado was happening. Making the electricity go out for a moment. It set off a siren. That followed up with a loud beeping sound, which went off every 10mins it seemed. We had no clue what was going and there was no follow up by staff or intercom etc. but didn't see anyone else come out of the rooms and the lights came back on so we figured it was ok. We couldn't sleep the rest of the night. No staff said anything to us the next morning regarding it. That is also when the wifi stopped working. It would have been nice for someone to announce something. The hotel location is in Ohio which, have frequent tornadoes. We are not from a area that do to often. Oh, bring your own pool towels! They do have some but are the size of a hand towel."
