"Staff were wonderful and everyone is very friendly. My biggest issue is their lack of care when asking about food allergies. They ask when seating you but have no care whatsoever when taking your order or explaining food options at the buffet. Treat it seriously if you are going to ask. Another big negative is bottled water in the room. With faucet water being non-drinkable, we asked multiple times for the bottled water to be placed in the room by housekeeping, but it was never done. When we called down to the front desk and it being promised to be brought up right away, it took over 90 minutes every time. Needless to say I will not be going back or recommending Xcaret."
"Hotel is good, with remarkably good food in the restaurants- breakfast especially great in Las Ventanas. All staff is excellent in their focus on service. The very clear downside for us was the presence of many (noisy) children and babies - but we should have checked. Premises could use some upkeep."
"Atelier was an excellent property for couples and small groups to relax and enjoy a more modern resort. The staff was fantastic and attended to our needs at every turn. The pool experience was very nice although I would recommend a more diverse selection of popular music. The drinks were top notch and creative and the poolside service was consistent even as more guests arrived later in our stay. The restaurants were also a plus with the Italian and Asian cuisine being our favorite. The beach was well maintained despite this time of year being a terrible time for sargaso. Staff raked the beach daily and trucks cleared most of the remaining seaweed. This not the clearest or most beautiful beach we have seen but I imagine that Nov through March is perfect. The rooms were spacious with nice showers and separate toilet. The bed was comfortable and there was turn down service each evening where staff would neatly arrange our room and provide fresh towels, robes and slippers. Please note this is not the most lively resort as far as entertainment although the disco provides that option each night. The pool has standard games, contests, and water aerobics through the day but does not feel like a day party! Overall, we highly recommend and will likely be back."

"The upgrade to Serenity club is truly the game changer for this resort. Two breakfast restaurants just for club (plus buffet for all), separate club beach and pool with club lunch snacks, club lunch restaurant and a dinner show for club only. Plus club check in, club bar and club lounge along with club butler. If you don’t do club level here you can still have a fine experience but almost half the resort will be off limits. In addition we splurged for an ocean front swim out suite and it was worth every penny! This is the best bang for your buck resort for AO AI in Mexico hands down. Excellent food, service and pools. Loved it!😍"
"Our first time staying in Cancun we got a great deal on airfare/all inclusive hotel 6 days/nights. Our room was awesome, food was plentiful and very good. Only place that food kinda sucked was the 24 hr snack lounge. Hit or miss w what was there. Shows were great. All n all great!"

"Everything was perfect. Beautiful gorgeous Pool and beach. Huge and clean pool and huge beautiful beach full of Palm trees, countless seating and the family selection with cushioned seats, so many cabanas and hammocks and spectacular ocean view. The seaweed might be present but the beach is still beautiful and certain areas got clear and we were able to go in. Great services by pool, restaurants and all over. What great hard working staff who go above and beyond to comfort and pamper us. Great restaurants with great service and amazing food. Events are amazing. Beautiful rooms in jungle surrounding areas, so tropical with tropical small animals walking near which kids love to see and are amazed. If you want a real tropical paradise get away for a family ultimate experience, grand Palladium Kantenah family selection has me won. WE SHALL RETURN TO THIS PARADISE!"
