"The hotel has the best location!! The staff was accommodating, polite and helpful. The comfort room had an amazing coffee/tea/ hot chocolate machine available 24/7 that was a so delicious for early morning , afternoon and evening beverages!! "
"We had a wonderful stay! There were good restaurants nearby and Vicinity in the airport was Excellent. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We look forward to staying at the Tower again!"
"From checking in to checking out the following day most things were wonderful. The staff so friendly and helpful. Lovely room/bathroom and service and drinks in the 12th floor bar. The only downside was the breakfast, we had to wait absolutely ages for a coffee but the lady was very apologetic and we hadn't been told there was actually a help yourself coffee machine at the other end of the breakfast room. For the price of the breakfast we all thought it was rather substandard with not enough choices of fruit/meats/cheeses which for a hotel of this standard sadly lacked."
