"We stayed in the caravan which gave us a lot of privacy and it was a beautifully maintained caravan! We were provided heating so it was not at all cold. Decent tea/coffee making facilities. However, was slightly disappointed as the pictures showed a double bed, but when we arrived it was two singles. Beds are slightly small but this is expected in a caravan home."

"Stayed here in Jan 2025 as needed central location to visit the glow worm caves and Hobbiton. The hotel is very tired looking and hence the mid score. The breakfast was ok, good choice but not great quality buffet style."
