"Everything was great and my only complain has nothing to do with the staff but with how thin the floors are. Someone who was above me was walking heavily during my entire stay. They obviously didn't know that you were supposed to walk on the pads of your feet instead of your heels. They woke me up the 3 nights I stayed so that wasn't good. Other than that, my stay was great."
"Room was clean, tidy and comfortable, however there was a constant smell from toilet\shower room of sewerage, the shower itself was slippery I slip 3 times and had no hand rail. Breakfast was good with cereals, yogurt, toast and some cooked items, they did struggle when there was a full room to replenish dishes and food. Plenty of restaurants near by which stop serving food around 21:30 - 22:00."
"The rooms in Pillows Hotel were perfect. The room was spacious enough (especially the bathroom) and the king size bed was so comfortable.
The hotel was a few minutes away from the central station and about a 10 minute walk from the Place Royal. Coffee shops as well as restaurants and bars were also within walking distance (even with the current construction)."
