"The room was large, beautifully decorated, comfortable mattress and pillows and very clean. We live in Houston and stayed at the Westin for a week while having work done in our house. The hotel was great and it was so nice to be connected to the Galleria for shopping and so many restaurants. The elevator system is very good and security is excellent. Self parking in the garage is free. The gym is nice and has 4 Pelotons."

"Beautiful property. All the staff were amazing and so attentive. I lost a set of balloons while getting them out of the car and one of the bellman, Isiah, saw that I lost them and BLEW UP NEW BALLONS FOR ME and had them waiting for me with my luggage. The spa was amazing. Great amenities. one of the best massages I’ve had. Great staff there was well."

We chose The Marlene to stay while we were in town for two days during our son's surgery, and it was perfect. They greeted our son by name when we arrived and were always checking in on how he was doing. We stayed in the Cottage and loved it. It felt like the property was ours.
