Our first room we got was very hot and the hotel staff did move us to another room that was perfect. They also sent some nice snacks and wine to say they apologize for the first room. "The hotel is between satisfactory and good. It's at the lower end of what you'd expect from Radisson. The bed was really comfy, and I liked the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. But the cleanliness in public areas (elevators, and breakfast room) was surprisingly bad. Spills weren't cleaned up several times. There's a metro station about 8 mins walk away which is very useful."
