How to get to Oak Creek

Oak Creek lies 7 miles to the south of Sedona and can be reached by car in 90 minutes from the nearby city of Phoenix. Phoenix is also home to the nearest airport, a bustling international hub which hosts international and domestic flights. The village is a little off the beaten track, so a car or motorcycle is recommended to make the most of the surrounding countryside. It is not a necessity, however, as a number of trails can be reached by bike or on foot and there is a tourist shuttle available.
