"Elevator was broken for the entire duration of my trip. All hotel staff was horrible at communicating & made me change plans & spend more money than planned or needed if communication was better. I got in very late & needed water but the vending machine was completely sold out."

"Room was never cleaned, bed was stripped and never remade for two days, trash was not emptied, the mattress had a big stain on it as did the carpet. Toilet had flushing issues. Had to ask for clean linen. Refrigerator froze milk. I reported this all to three different managers and was told they would look into Not worth the amount of money I paid to stay here. Refunds or apologies were never offered."

"I couldn’t get rest Saturday due to kids running up and down the hallway. Not sure who kids they were but parents need to keep control of the children. All you heard was yelling and hollering which broke my sleep I had to be up early in the morning to catch flight this morning. I will be reaching out to corporate for this matter to see if there can be something done. Other then that rooms was cleaned , staff was very professional. "
