"Room is functional and bed is comfortable. Appreciate the little touches like white noise machine and lots of power strips. Common spaces are somewhat dingy and while the property is very close to historic Germantown, you have to walk a few not so nice blocks to get there. Would have liked it more if I were staying with a group rather than solo."
