"Everything was beautiful. I have been here before and it is so much better than the first time I came here. The only issue we had was the walls seem so thin. We heard our neighbors all night and it was frustrating trying to sleep. It was as if they were in our room with us. That’s how clear we could hear them. Other than that what an amazing place to stay for a getaway. I will def stay there again. The hospitality and cleanliness was amazing. "

"The desk was barely staffed. Impossible to reach by phone. EACH DAY our keycard deactivated so we would get to the room tired just to be locked out. The parking was a nightmare. Mold on the walls. Horrible shower- it either scalded you or froze you. Pool was questionable we didn’t use it. Never bothered to look at the fitness center. "

"My husband and I stayed one night at The Circ Hotel. planing to celebrate our anniversary for two days When we arrived the floor was sticky and the bathroom no clean There was matter inside the toilet seat, mold in the bathroom, and the grout between the tiles was dirty The trash cans were completely rusted The TV remote was broken as was the switch on a very bright lamp and I had to move the furniture just to unplug the annoying light behind the bed, which was difficult for me because of my age When I want to rest I ended up spending the time cleaning I also had to remove all the sheets, shake them out, and remake the bed late at night because I realized they had been used and Since there's no room service to resolve... and at that hour, requesting another room would have taken too long to move everything... I didn't sleep. The mattress(heavy)was almost a foot away from the headboard which caused the pillows to constantly fall off making the bed uncomfortable I spent the entire night awake There was also a lot of noise during the night I paid the high price of the hotel assuming it would reflect high quality especially considering how far it is from the sea. Instead, it's boring, dirty and run-down, understaffed, expensive, and uncomfortable The pool bar wasn't even open and didn't even have chairs My husband and I almost left during the night, but we stayed because we had booked an event for the following day (if you like pictures...)"

"Only 1 elevator working that took forever and had to keep using the stairs. The free breakfast was not good just a bunch of bread and cheese slices. Hotel was run down and def not worth the price. "
