"Overall, the property was clean and decently well situated. We did however had a few issues with checking: they first gave us only one room (we reserved for 2), then they corrected the mistake but when we walked into the room someone else was already occupying it. They moved us to another room. After a day the key fobs stopped working and every trip to thr main office was very slow (no available stairs and the elevator was slow). "

"While I was staying for 3 nights, there’s no housekeeping. The room next to me seemed like a young group of men who’s quite loud around 2 am. I thought there was a luggage clerk service, yet it was refused "

"I stayed for three nights really enjoyed the rooftop deck and gym. My space was nice a full kitchen, nice open space. However, the bed was very low to the ground and not extremely comfortable. The floor in the main area of room was dirty. I was able to get a late check out and they had lockers for luggage if needed. I witnessed staff as I sat in lobby greet guests with warmth and high energy, provide recommendations and provide information on what was close by. I wish I had received that initial welcome. I am not sure if other room types have higher beds, I would inquire snd if they do stay again."

"Worst hotel I have ever experienced. Un friendly and under staffed hotel. Poorly managed by Monique Reyes. Would never go back or recommend this to anyone. If you are wanting to order room service, don't do it. Took forever, came cold and in to go bags. The poor girl who dropped it off even said I deserved to complain about it. Shower smelled like mildew. There were no fresh linens left for the day on night 2 of our stay. We also order Postmates for breakfast since the room service was so bad the first day. After confirming the Postmates was delivered to the front desk(by Monique who told me it was down there) she said they didn't have any staff to bring it up to the room and we would need to go get it ourselves, when we went down to get it. It was no longer there and Monique couldn't tell us where it went. Stay anywhere but here when staying in Philadelphia!"
