Adam Park Hotel & Spa Marrakech

555 HOTEL CLUBBING ADULTS ONLY

8/10 Good

"Hotel property itself is amazing. Room is clean and big enough. However I was annoyed I had to ask for water and was given tiny bottles and I had to pay for water for room. You get free water even in budget hotels in uk and Europe. WiFi in my room didn’t work. Breakfast is good. Apart from receptionist , Rest can do with some hospitality training, I mange a hospitality venue. Manager here needs to train the servers / waiters to do check backs offer more drinks. Problem here is whenever we are chilling by the pool and when we finish with our drinks we have to find servers for another drink. Also perhaps mix staff per shift with some English speaking team. Some people really struggled to communicate in English. But what I concluded about this business is they are not concern about hotel guests. Hotel is just part of The club, People come to do clubbing and book room after. So we’re just someone to fill the room. I would mention couple of receptionist were extremely helpful. If I can spell her name correctly “Shyma” she is amazing. IF YOU ARE IN MARRAKECH FOR PARTY THEN STAY in this hotel. Not for someone who wants a chill time. I would say perfect hotel for youngsters."

The Mellah Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Zora was amazing, as was the rest of the staff. The hotel is absolute perfection. Located right in the heart of the old Jewish quarter of Marrakech, it’s the perfect blend of modern luxury and authentic Moroccan charm. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with all the authenticity and character of Moroccan architecture and design. The food at the restaurant was also fantastic. An absolutely beautiful stay!"
