One of the hidden gems
Probably one of the best experiences in a long time. Absolute prime location; no better spot for reds/bengals games

The facility itself is lovely. It is run differently from anywhere I've ever stayed, as everything is done by txt (or there is a phone number you can call if you are having a problem). There is not a "human" onsite to assist you. Anyway, I had some frustrations that I will share for anyone wanting to stay here. My family came to Cincy for a ballgame that started at 1:00. Check in at the Guild is 3:00. I assumed that we would go ahead and park there, do a pre-checkin, and go to the game. Then check into our room after the game. We do this all the time and have never had a problem. We arrived at 12:30 and could not get into the Guild parking area. We called and were told that we couldn't park until 3:00. So we had to go find parking elsewhere, for $20. It was so near gametime that the only available parking was far away and traffic was gridlocked, so we missed the first part of the game. Then had to move our car after the game and pay another $20 to park at the Guild. Also, you have to log into your own streaming accounts to get television. There is internet but no cable. There are a few obscure channels, but nothing local. I would think that for the price of the room you would have cable. That said, the room (actually an apartment) was beautiful and in a great location. The issues I had were due to assumptions I made - I should have asked more questions when booking. Never assume anything - lesson learned.

Exceptional 10.0
Perfect Location. Parking. Upscale Downtown
Absolutely loved our stay. Thoroughly impressed with everything about the place- size, cleanliness, ease of access, parking, amenities, location. Especially if you are attending a Reds game- amazing! Literally took 5 min to walk from our seats to our room. Highly recommend.

Fair 4.0
There is no service at this hotel. Only once saw an attendant at front desk but she left and desk was totally vacant for 2 days; no cleaning staff; no security staff; absolutely no one there. You must submit to background check (answer questions then text pictures of front & back of driver's license via cell phone) b/4 checking in. Door codes are texted to you, then changed without notice. So you will spend a lot of time trying codes over and over. Even though all room photos show balcony, there is no balcony. We were told (via text) manager, Fares, would contact us, but never heard from anyone. Passed numerous people wandering the halls asking how to check in. They tout other amenities, but those rooms require physical key, which you are not given. All of these details should be on hotel description but are not. Very disappointed.
