Great value, we enjoyed a large, clean, comfy room that had all the amenities we needed at a great price. Friendly staff, too. They have what looks like almost a mini water park out front, for warmer days (we were traveling in January), so a nice perk for families, and close to the Carlsbad Caverns, which is why we were there.

We were traveling during off season with a dog and they have us a first floor room which was nice. We were able to park right in front of our room. Breakfast was very basic, but the coffee maker in the room had Folgers coffee. The location can't be beat! Just a few minutes drive from Carlsbad Caverns. We would stay there again.

Stacy was welcoming and wonderful! We experienced some trouble with our rent car and she was happy to help us out. The staff at the gift shop, Sophia and Belle, also helped us out. The entire community is so wonderful and made our trip happy and memorable.
