Beaver Mountain 20A is a cozy 2BR/2BA condo with spectacular views of
Marys Lake and the Rocky Mountains. Just a stone's throw away from
Marys Lake, it's a quick walk down to the shore for fishing or
skipping rocks.
The open living area features a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace,
flat-screen TV and beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is
well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat
four, a breakfast bar and everything needed for quick and easy meal
prep. The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the
kitchen.
The guest bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a
jack-and-jill bathroom. Please note, the jets do not work in this
jetted bathtub. The master suite offers a king bed, another
flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious shower and
two sinks.
Enjoy more mountain views from the deck with a private hot tub and
propane grill for outdoor summer barbecues. With central AC to keep
everything cool in the summer and warm in the winter, this condo is
the perfect mountain home away from home!
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open
Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day at the sole discretion of the
Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. The community hot tub may be open for a
longer period of time at the discretion of the HOA. These community
facilities are managed by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. Guests
are welcome to use these community facilities, but the status of these
facilities is not part of any guest reservation. As such, full or
partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool,
hot tub or fire pit.
Management provides a starter kit of toiletries, paper products
(toilet paper/paper towels) and garbage bags. This kit includes
sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap,
laundry detergent and dishwashing soap. Guests will need to provide or
purchase additional toiletries and products beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety
checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub
services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be
added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest
directly for payment for the following required services.
The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$175 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check
at no charge to the guest)
$175 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at
$175, OR no-cost Safety Check)
$10 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $10 each)
$50 (hot tub services for reservations 14+ days, required every 7 days
at $50 each)
What to be aware of:
- Jets in jetted tub in guest bathroom do not work.
In the unlikely event the private hot tub were to break down and can't
be repaired for guest use, we will move guests to a comparable hot tub
unit, if available, or refund the hot tub fee.A
Active construction will be at the center of Marys Lake Condominiums
complex from the end of summer 2022 until completion around April
2023, or later if there are delays.
Age Restriction: The person who books the reservation must be at least
25 years of age, and must also stay in the vacation home.
BEARS in the area, please secure all trash and lock all doors and
windows each time you leave the property.
On-call staff is available after hours daily to respond to urgent
issues that threaten the health orA safety of guests, or the property
itself; such as a gas leak, a broken furnace, or broken water line.
Non-urgent issues will be handled on the next business day.
Pets are not allowed in this home. Guests will be charged a $1000
cleaning fee for non-compliance.
Absolutely no smoking, including marijuana, inside this home. Cleaning
for cigarette or marijuana smoke will result in a $1000 cleaning fee.
Parties are not allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood with strict
noise restrictions. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Thank you!
- Parking spots are not reserved. Your parking space may not be
directly in front of the condo you reserve depending on how busy the
site is.
Snow is removed by the HOA at Marys Lake Condominiums. Areas with
private usage entry ways will be serviced at 4 inches of new snow fall
by our team. We are not responsible for other areas at Marys Lake
Condominiums, or the roads leading up to Marys Lake Condominiums.
