6/10 Good

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and great service. The room is too small. We only had two backpacks so we were ok, but it would be a bit hard for people with luggage cases. The room is dark and we felt stayed in a cave. Technically there’s a window; however, the window is with sanded glass and inoperable, very closely to another building, no light goes through.

8/10 Very Good

Good location, good choice I have made, stayed there for 2 weeks and all good, just if you are taller than 6 feet, the restroom will be a little to short for you.

2/10 Poor

Do not book here . Uncompromising and greedy.
I have repeatedly asked this hotel to reschedule my reservation until next year due to olympics and covid.. they would do neither. Very greedy. I know my rate was non refundable but these are very extreme circumstances.. very disappointing.

Loved the location. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint I would have is that the rooms are pretty small; especially coming from an American used to American hotels.

Great service, facilities and value for money
Even better than expected. Fantastic service and offer, much better than European or American hotels of the same price. Arrived during Corona virus outbreak and staff couldn't have been more helpful - even gave me face masks when you couldn't find them in a shop anywhere. Really well suited for seeing Tokyo, two stations within easy walk and tons to see on your doorstep, including the Senso Ji Temple. Very good value for money and highly recommended.
