Exceptional 10.0
Great hotel! Nice location
Hotel Ann Asakusa was at a great location, very close to many places to eat and shops. The rooms were good size, and Housekeeping kept it very clean daily. I traveled with my husband and three kids. We had four twin beds two conjoining rooms. Customer service was very helpful and friendly and assisted with making reservations with someone to pick us up at the hotel and taking us to the airport with our luggage’s, that was pricey but we didn’t have a choice since the taxi’s would not fit everything. Check in and check out were speedy with no issues.

Clean rooms. Great location. But tiny rooms.
We got two connecting rooms with four beds. We had two adults and four young kids with age of 12, 10, 6, and 2. We had enough bed space. But we did not have any space for luggage. It was extremely tight. So if you are planning to stay here, keep that in mind. Having said that, this hotel was VERY clean and in an amazing location! Restaurants everywhere, close to metro stations, shopping near by, and best of all, Sensoji temple was just 5 minutes walk away! You get the most out of what you pay for. We enjoyed this hotel so much and would like to come back. One note on the breakfast.. they only give breakfast based on the number of beds you have. For an example, even though we had 6 ppl in the room, we only got 4 breakfast tickets per day because we had only 4 beds. I would not go for the option with breakfast. It was provided by Denny’s restaurant near by and it was nothing specials. I would just pay for the room next time and get breakfast somewhere else.

Very Good 8.0
Quiet, just off the main drag
The stay was great. Comfortable, all amenities, great value, quiet. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the breakfast was off site at a Denny's 2 blocks away.
