Very nice hotel
The staff was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about Naples. There was a dining area and we could buy water, coffee or tea. There were also a microwave and a toaster available. I reserved two rooms, one of them was really good, but the other one didn't have any windows, just one in the roof and that made it very dark. Next time I just would check with them and specify that I don't want that room, it was clean having but having window would make a big difference.

Good location, otherwise very basic
The design was more like a hostel than hotel or B&B: large communal space with coffee and other drinks (all for a fee), no fridge or kettle in the rooms. Reception is only staffed when there is someone checking in. Pros: - Location - The room was spacious Cons: - No window other than a skylight, so the room was damp and my towels never dried (too cold to use the drying function on a/c) - Although the sign inside the door said that breakfast was served 8-10am, there was no breakfast - Housekeeping ignored "do not disturb" tag and went in to clean each day - Weak internet

Great spacious room and washroom. The balcony was a nice surprise and the staff was very kind to stay late past checkout as our train was severely delayed. Although this is something the manager can't control, it is extremely loud outside during all night hours. Not sure what is happening outside, but it sounds like a garbage truck is collecting trash every hour from 11pm to 5am. very loud and disruptive for sleeping. There are some decent food options near by and tourist attractions are fairly close by.

The area was good, right down the street from both a metro line and the ferry terminal. The train station is a 10 minute walk. The room was clean, had a loft above the bathroom with another bed and the internet was very fast. The concierge and property manager were readily available throughout the day on WhatsApp.

Pros: Quarto espacoso, cozinha bem equipada e predio muito acessivel, ar condicionado funcionando bem e varanda para a rua, a cama era muito confortavel e a roupa de cama e toalhas estavam muito limpas, mercado em frente e metro a poucos metros. Contra: Nao parece muito seguro andar pela regiao depois de escurecer, a limpeza dos itens de banheiro e cozinha deixaram um pouco a desejar, o box do banheiro era pequeno e nao tinha onde colocar sabonete ou shampoo, era preciso tomar banho segurando o sabonete o tempo todo. Eu recomendo para quem quer ficar bem no centro de Napoli.
