I was only able to speak to the manager on the phone, I was made to wait at the while he organised alternative accommodation elsewhere. The alternative was clean but not what was advertised and considering I had to pay an increased fee at the last second during the reservation process I don’t believe I can have any faith in the Expedia service being honest and credible. Goodbye Expedia!
