The hotel room is very nicely decorated with heritage, well equipped with nice appliances & amenities.
The staff are also super helpful & friendly. I was planning for a taxi pick-up & they helped me to call the driver who only spoke Portuguese.
They also sent email prior to my arrival & reminded me during check-in there’d be constructions nearby with unscheduled time during days & nights, meaning 24/7! Very caring.
It ended they’re right that the constructions did happen days & nights besides few hours of lightening…(even during the Holy holiday in Portugal)…
The hotel itself is fantastic, just you may be aware the long (since 2021 till 2025) construction works in the city center which make everything inconvenient, both walking & driving.
But Porto is not big, most of the areas are within walking distance. If you don’t mind walking a bit, it’s perfectly a nice place to visit with good food, good wines (Port wines), deep histories and most importantly, great people!
